1 · What we collect

Account details (name, email, billing), your newsroom configuration (authors, sources, rules), and usage records (stories generated, tokens, costs). That’s it.

2 · What we don’t

We don’t sell customer data. Newsroom configuration and generated artifacts are tenant-scoped in the product store.

3 · Story provenance

Every ready article keeps its evidence packet — source URLs, timestamps, and gate results — so an authorized operator can inspect what shipped. A blocked generation is not emitted as a ready article.

4 · Security

API keys are stored hashed. Webhook deliveries are signed. Product records are tenant-scoped and access-controlled.

5 · Your choices

Account, access, and deletion requests are handled under the applicable service agreement. Billing and legal records may require retention.

6 · Site analytics

This marketing site uses privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog), and only after you accept the banner. It records pageviews and a few button clicks — nothing more. No session recording, no autocapture of what you type, no cross-site ad tracking, and no data sale. Decline and nothing loads. This is separate from the product data above.
